Leadership
Mr. Dynandeo Ukarde
(Founder-Director)
Visionary and dynamic entrepreneur Mr. Dynandeo Ukarde leads the team at Universal Engineering. A commerce graduate who later on received technical training (ITI), he worked as a tool room fitter in his early career. Rising from the ground up and gaining hands-on valuable experience, he eventually established his own firm by the name Universal Engineering.
A technically competent individual, his repertoire of skills include tool designing, jig and fixture designing, welding fixture designing and SPM development. He also brings to the organization sharp business acumen and fine leadership qualities.
He has worked for esteemed clients such as Premier Automobiles, Pal- Peugeot Ltd., Blue Star and Voltas. He has been instrumental in developing many critical components for chassis, suspension, brake systems and body parts for the automotive industry. Under his able leadership and R&D guidance, the company developed over 1,000 distinct components till date.
